Scholarship
The Peoria Alumnae Chapter has created this scholarship to support the Peoria community and to financially assist distinguished high school Students of Color in their pursuit of higher education. Over the past 30 years, the Peoria Alumnae Chapter has awarded more than $130,000 to well-deserving local students.
Each year the Scholarship application is made available by February 1st, with a due-date of the 3rd Friday in March, unless that is Spring Break for Peoria Public Schools
(the largest school district in our service area).

Academic achievement, Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
Students of Color (African Am., Asian Am., Latino (a) Am., Native Am., and Pacific Islander)
Leadership through participation in community service and/or extracurricular activities
Applicants must enroll at a college or university for the academic year the semester immediately following
high school graduation.
